The main font used is The font is Friz Quadrata, which every ArtScroll book used in the 80s.
For the fancy script at the bottom you need LeGriffe DOT Regular. Remember to condense it a little.
I personally will superimpose a black foreground with 50% tinting if I feel the image is too light for the white text to be read.
The result is pretty epic.
