I love Kol Nidre, I love the emotion and the tune is an especially good one that I tend to hum when hiking alone in the high Sierra to ward off the bears. It also happens to be one of the best songs for chazan’s (cantors) to sing and it’s hard to find a Jew who doesn’t like some good old fashioned chazzanus.
Moshe Oysher is one of my favorites from the Yiddish theater era and I’m a huge fan.
Neil Diamond doing Kol Nidre? Here he is doing it in the Jazz Singer and it’s pretty rad.
Hefgot and Pearlman, doesn’t get much better than that.
