For the past year and a half or so, Heshy has given me the great opportunity of expressing my thoughts relating to the weekly parsha and perhaps providing what could be described as much appreciated insight into some of the deeper and behind-the-scenes notions that form the basis of Torah Judaism. For others, it’s been a year and a half of name calling and ‘crying kofer‘, but I hope we all grew from the experience — I know I sure have.
So thank you to Heshy — it was an honor and a privilege. And thank you to the readers who’ve tuned in regularly (and irregularly) and to those responders who’ve posted and engaged in such hotly contested debates about cytochrome c, angels on the way home from shul, whether chazal knew everything and the legitimacy of The Shabbos Kitchen. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it all, but the time has come to move on.
Kol tuv (all the best)!
