How do I know? Sukkot, at Chabad, girls would call me over to the Mechitza and pass me drinks. Girls would rave about the food (the ones that ate) at every event I was at with rubbish food. However, by my older siblings weddings (all 3) my father required that all the food that the girls had the boys had to have too. This included sushi, carving stations, well stocked bar, etc..... By my sisters (2 of the 3) wedding my father even had the caterer set up an authentic deli stand by the chossons tish. It was the first time I saw girls coming to the chossons tish for the food instead of the other way around. Especially since frum weddings favor usually favor the men in terms of band and dancing, shouldn't the food be better then the lowly women who don't need good food because they are on a "higher spiritual plane" and therefore don't need animal soul items like food.
