Wow this is such ridiculous religious rhetoric. This is a ridiculous conclusion. Earthquakes are not caused by gays. Earthquakes have happened on the east coast. So please recognize that there are more logical conclusions. This is crazy homophobia at its best. Perhaps you might want to talk to a scientist or meteorologist before jumping to primitive conclusions. Critical thinking at its best here. LOL

Good thing I labeled it as satire and comedy and if you wonder a couple videos down in my profile you will find me having a grand ole time at the SF Pride parade.

I love it when people like Bajr1971 write in like this. They themselves are so stuck in their own ideological bubble, that they can’t tell the difference between satire and genuine fanatical thinking.

Everyone knows the Japan Tsunami was caused because they sell soiled schoolgirl panties for men to masturabte to in their supermarkets.

It’s the avodah zara, stupid.

The Stupid is overwhelming. I cannot think of an appropriate response which does not involve intensive re-education and the confiscation of their children to be raised by sane parents.

In other words, one of your classics!

Not only did Kennedy, Y”S, take off his hat, but he stole the election from a good, honest, G-d fearing man like Richard Nixon.

AND, you see midah k’neged midah from the fact that Kennedy, Y”S, had his HEAD blown off by Oswald (or was it the second gunman, or third gunman. I can never get the stories straight (no pun intended)).

I should also add this is a perfect demonstration of Poe’s Law: “Without a winking smiley or other blatant display of humor, it is impossible to create a parody of fundamentalism that someone won’t mistake for the real thing.” The core of Poe’s law is that a parody of something is by nature extreme. That makes it impossible to differentiate from sincere extremism.
A corollary of Poe’s law is the reverse phenomenon: legitimate fundamentalist beliefs being mistaken for a parody of that belief.
A further corollary, the Poe Paradox, results from suspicion of the first corollary. The paradox is that any new person or idea sufficiently extreme to be accepted by the extremist group risks being rejected as a parody or parodist. (thanks, Wikipedia)

You really need to check out the comments on you tube – they are so awesome

Done. Wow, these comments could not be classier if they came from the YWN Coffee Room. I particularly enjoyed the one that said you need to have your head shoved up Yehuda Levin’s @$$. Too funny. Though I admit, if I didn’t know Frum Satire and I didn’t read the tag, I probably would have taken it seriously.

I guess Rabbi Levine didn’t realize that the earthquake took place in Virginia, a state which prohibits gay marriage and was the basis for Loving v. Virginia, which overturned Virginia law against interracial marriage. So a proper analysis of the cause of the Earthquake must be the failure of Virginia to permit gay marriage. In fact, Virginia’s stance against gay marriage clearly caused the earthquake, so we can blame this one on all the fundamentalists, including Rabbi Levine.

That wasn’t even an earthquake. That was a tremor. Things should be falling off bookshelves and stuff for it to be an earthquake.
