I LOVED this!
I loved how the Conservative Jews started worshiping the sun.
(Yes, women wearing tallitot makes me assume things.)
It’s just ridiculous, because it’ll never happen, but it would be so funny if they said it was okay to worship the sun if you were born with an unconquerable urge to do so.
That’ll never happen.
Heh. What we were going for there, and I admit it didn’t come across that effectively, was to show people gazing up during “Kadosh Kadosh Kadosh” – which seemed like a sort of logical enough graphic to pair with Anthony’s lyrics “when you raise your eyes and focus on the sun.” But, er, low budget animation and its limitations….heh. The art direction doesn’t always get executed.
