I’m goofy dude – that’s all that can explain this video…I noticed that although the wedding revelers were distinctly modern orthodox with elbows showing and men and women dancing and singing together – they used yeshivish pronunciations of the chosson and kallah song.
Dancing to the yichud room – modern orthodox style

You’ve really never heard that before? Every modern orthodox wedding I’ve ever been to pronounces it with the ’s’ instead of the ‘t’.
uh, the song sounds better w/ ashkenazic pronouncation, it as simple as that. Same reason most MO people when learning gemara learn w/ ashkenazic pronounciation (they don’t like to think of kermit as a banker charging interest)
You’ve put on weight over the summer and should visit a barber. Don’t worry – a haircut doesn’t hurt.
LMAO
Interestingly, I have been to yeshivish style weddings, and there are ALWAYS knees showing, but never elbows showing. Would someone yeshivish please enlighten me?
I noticed this phenomenon weeks ago, even mentioned it on my blog.
Maybe knees show because a short skirt is a lot more interesting than an elbow!
Seeing Heshy on this video makes it quite clear why he’s single at his age.
Heshy, as the resident gay guy, please pay attention to what the others are saying. Clean up a little. You looked really cute in earlier videos.
Especially when heshy is flopping around on video…
hesh, if you dont take a haircut soon im going to start a blog to get you to take one.
He likes the scruffy look and may have barberphobia.
Fellows – you will never know if I am single or not – for since I have started this blog I have had 3 long term relationships yet no one reading the blog knew it.
As for my hair, that video was shot in the beginning of the summer – my hair is way longer now and my beard as well. Just think of me as a Lubavitcher Nuzeer

dude, you don’t dress at all like a Lubavitcher. sorry to break the news.
Hey Hesh, your old Denver buddy here….
After several weeks I came onto your site tonight to catch up on your stuff.
Maybe I’ve flipped out recently or maybe not, but I was quite surprised to see the video you posted of a Chabad looking guy at a parade mimicking acts of niuf with women.
How does posting does a video not violate several issurim?
And I’m surprised by this video too.
What about the issurim of shmiras einayim?
I don’t think I should visit your site anymore…
I do look forward to seeing you next time you stop by D-Town.
Much Love,
Adam

ummm….. most of the regulars at chabad don’t dress like the shalichim. you do know this right? i mean, i wear jeans and Hawaiian shirts with a do rag instead of a kippah, and i’m pretty lubby.
You wear a Doo-rag? Are you white?

“Yichud Room Hidden Camera”
Yichud room hidden camera has already been done my friend – check out Bangitout.com for that – but I would totally do that, it would be mad funny and I actually know some people who may agree.
Does anyone know when people at a wedding started emphasizing the U’vchootzois Yirushalim and the Koil choson V’koil Kallah.
I think it started about 20 years ago,
I bet you MBD or Avraham Fried had something to do with it
I think this is a beautiful scene- there is displayed emotion and simcha, unlike the statuesque, normal “dead zone” that reigns over all the “more” frum females.
I believe there is a shita brought in shulcan aruch that when males are singing, females may sing as well if you cannot discern a specific single voice.
