The wedding I intend to have men and women separate, at the huppah and at the se'udah. My feeling is that the bottom line is that it's like being in that couple's home. If you don't like they way they do things, they don't come. I choose not to hang out at mixed weddings. Smart kid -- after saying it would be difficult and that she had done that, but then they broke up (over other stuff, presumably), she said being with someone who's shomer negia would be good, "because then you would know it isn't just physical." (I'm guessing she meant the attraction.)
